
How 1-on-1 Coaching Works
We will meet on a regular basis. Some clients like to meet bi-weekly, others monthly. Mostly the sessions the sessions will be on the phone via Skype, or via Zoom.
You as the client guide each session in so far as you will come to each session and decide what you want coaching on, you decide the topic!
I will push you out of your comfort zone and challenge you as we work together. Coaching is not just an easy chat and itβs also not me telling you what to do. I will ask questions that might make you uncomfortable and hopefully will still have you thinking days later!
